2005 Mondi Ithabise Office Products Awards ::

"And the winner is..." That's
right, Reef Stationery and Computer Supplies has been awarded Gold as
best Commercial Stationer in Gauteng as well as the whole of South
Africa.
This category caters for commercial stationers where the greater portion
of revenue is derived from non- storefront activities.
This Award recognises the company that can best
demonstrate outstanding achievement during the Awards Year. Judges were
looking for companies that demonstrate a strategic fit between their
Business Strategy, Execution and Results. In the context of Execution
judges considered marketing and sales success, product quality and
service excellence (including accounting, delivery, client service,
stock availability, product knowledge and client education). Consistent
levels of outstanding service to the South African stationery industry
and a commitment to working with and supporting customers or simply
going beyond expectations in any aspect of their business were key
criteria in determining the recipients, as well as the extent to which
their product range and service
model are aligned with customer needs and the stationer’s business
strategy. |
